Made of Polypropylene (Not Nylon), this rope is stronger than manilla rope and is mandatory in California and thirty eight other states.  It is black with an orange tracer stripe for easy recognition.  It will not absorb water and has excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and most solvents.
