This 'PVC" duct tape is designed to be used on METAL duct work only. It is very important when selling this that the customer knows it is PLASTIC DUCT TAPE, NOT CLOTH. This tape is great on sheet metal work, metal duct work, wrapping pipe for well drillers, glass and many other applications, even on cartons and carpet pads. The tape is 100% water and weather proof, it tears easily by hand, and because of the type of glue they use on it, it actually gets stickier as it gets older. lt. is non corrosive to metals, lasts virtually forever and has a tensile strength of 20 lb. The tape 7.7 MIL thick, the adhesion to stainless is 31 lb. and to itself is 29 lb. Each roll is cello wrapped for freshness. The Tape is 2" wide and comes on a 50 yard roll.
