These small cut off wheels are used in small air and electric 
die grinders and cut off tools.  They are used just like a 
shear.  Uses include not just basic steel or sheet metal cutting,  
but also cutting muffler clamps and hangers, grooves in pipes 
and inner bushings sleeves,  hose clamps,  bumper bolts,  and 
even steel rods.
