as a unit. Intersecection of cone and base is beefed up.
Impossible for base to separate from the top. Smooth, glossy 
surface over entire cone (including base). No fence around 
base perimeter to trap and collect dirt. Absolutely impossible to 
break, tear or separate at this critical point.
